My Feelings about Having a Netbook
This year I really had fun and enjoyed having a Netbook to work on because it is much easier and much better to use because we get to type and not get sore hands from our pencil’s.Another thing is because it is much better to learn more and communicate with others. Furthermore having a Netbook has meant that we have to take responsibility and take charge of it. Most definitely the best thing is that we are learning much better. it has also made it much easier for me because I can find out some interesting and important things on the web. I don’t have to write on my book then type it and that’s what I like about it. It was just too much. I feel grateful because we don’t have to wait for the other student on the computer to come off.
As much as I have loved having a Netbook there are some things that I haven’t liked. One of the things I did not like about my laptop is when it is playing up. And in that way I mean when the network in not working. From time to time, it also stops me from learning. Another thing I do not like about my network device is when I cannot find the right thing on the web. There are many reasons why I don’t get some of my work finished because sometimes my netbook freezes and then I have to shut it down. But sometimes when I turn it back on, the network is on the TLN Manaiakalani wireless.
The hardest thing about having my netbook is following the website our teacher tells us.The greatest challenge for me when I finish all my assignments is when we get to play on math whiz after and getting to learn more maths. I just don’t like it when I have to re-start my netbook when it is not working properly. Sometimes I refuse to do things when I already tried it like about 4 times because it’s too much.
If it was decided that the Netbook Pilot Scheme was a failure and we had to go back to pen and paper,I think it wouldn’t be that great because we just enjoy having our netbook. It would be a harder job for me to post on the blog because I will have to type after I write.

How Can I Achieve My Goal In Every School Subject
I have been thinking to myself, “What will I do to achieve my goal in Maths?” My goal is to use really good strategies and to be part whole. What do you think? In my thinking head right now, I am thinking that I should just listen really carefully and, to just never give up. Another thing I should do is practice it at home a lot of time.
That wasn’t the only subject I should achieve in but I want to try and be a better author on my Personal Blog. I am just so happy that I have written tuns of stories and posting it to the blog. What should I do to be a better writer? Do you think I should use some really good vocabulary’s, or should I use the right punctuations? I bet you that a lot of people will think that I should use both thing along with, a great looking plan and making sense.
Now, I am going to tell you what I would do to move up another level in reading. Well, I will just read and read at home. That was simple, but what else should I do? OOOOoooohh now I know what I should do. I should comprehend and know how to re-tell the story I read.
I just want to be a hard working boy at school. I will never be like that, BUT WAIT! I actually can. For me to be a hard working boy, I am going to not be lazy and I will always do what I am suppose to do. I will stand strong if I want to reach every goal in every subject. There is one word that will always be in every goal and that word is “ACHIEVE!”
My parents always want me to get a good report. I just want to make them happy and proud of me. I think I should work REALLY! Hard in school. Now If they are proud me, then I am proud of myself.

Having a Humorous Time At Camp Bentzon
In the very recent past, all the year sixes attended to go to Camp Bentzon along with some parent helpers and teachers. Well not all the year sixes went, but we arrived to Kawau Island with a yawn and a sigh. I was really tired from waking up at 6:30AM! I was happy to be at Kawau Island already.
Now, I am tell you about my FAVOURITE activity! Well there was the Burma Trail, we built a hut, Sailing, kayaking, KAYAKING!!......... Ever tried it before? Well it was my favorite activity. It was called Stingray Bay and it also was rocky and sandy until we found a hole that looked really magical. It wasn’t magical but it was a very important hole on the island that was made by some men in the olden days. It is a long story. It WAS AMAZING! To be inside a really dark and important hole.
My second favorite activity is going to Abseiling with Kawau A, Mr Somerville and Rodney ( Marvin’s dad) I felt really scared as soon as I saw a big looking Abseiling Wall. Everyone made it back down and we were all proud of ourselves. Especially those who didn’t want to do it. I felt really happy after making it back down.
In third place, was having a really good time of laughter doing the Burma Trail. We had to find a partner, then one partner had to be blind folded and follow the long rope. We also had to listen to what the other partner was telling us to do. I felt really trapped after MR SOMERVILLE kept tricking me. It was so funny because I gave him his payback when it was his turn. I had a TREMENDOUS TIME!
When ever it is free time, I always want to play my favorite sport which is VOLLEY - BALL!! My favorite thing doing in volley is spiking it and setting it over the net. I usually just want to have a humorous time.
MMMM....... “Time for mr Coup’s delicious food." We say. Mr Coup is a really good chef who can cook the most loveliest bread in the world. My favourite food for dinner was his Lasagna. We were just so happy to have him at Camp Bentzon. My wish was to have him as my GRANDPA!!
On the last night, we had a concert. It was a challenge between Kawau, Bentzon, Mansion, and Katz. Everyone participated in each group BUT!....... The group I was in had WON! I think we won the camp concert because we had a lot teamwork and courage. My best character was Tui because she was so funny acting as Sally Va’afusuaga. All of us had a cheerful laugh at her.
It was really sad to leave Kawau Island after all the great fun we had. The good news was that we got to see our parents and siblings again!! I was so sad because I didn't want to leave. All the year sixes will never forget Kawau Island. I have something to say. I just want to thank all the parent helpers, the teachers, and especially Mrs Flavelle organizing the wonderful Camp and for watching over us while we were there.

Camp Thoughts
Tomorrow morning at around 7:00, all the year sixes are going to a beautiful island called, “Kawau Island.” Well not everyone is going but I am excited to go to camp Bentzon.
I feel so happy about going to another place in New Zealand besides Auckland. I think we are going to have LOADS! Of fun. I have never been to Kawau Island before but I am looking forward to going on a fun trip. I have been living in Auckland for many, many years.
Thinking about my family, I am so going to miss them so much. I think I will cry about leaving my parents and sisters alone. But I think they just want me to have fun. my sisters are a head ache any way.
Fun activities are going to happen there I know because I have heard a lot from my year 7 friends. They just make me feel like going already. I think we are going to be having a terrific time with our friends and teachers. My though is that we are going to finish all the activities each day.
This is a might feel. I might feel sad about coming back or I might be happy. I know it is going to be great to see my family. But is it great leaving Kawau Island?

My Really Enjoyable Holiday
For the first day of my exciting holiday, my family and I went to church for White Sunday. I really enjoyed it because in our class play, I was acting as Jesus. The story was called, “The Last Supper.” Tui and Toreka were in the same class as I was. Everyone did really well when they did their parts in class by class. After White Sunday was finished, we had a BIG BBQ!! I had lots of fun playing with my cousins and eating the the really DELICOUS RIB! That was one of the best days of my life.
During the first week, my family and I went to watch “The Orator.” This movie is a Samoan movie and it is really funny and exciting. It shows people about what we do in Samoa. The Orator also shows people what you have to do if you want to be a chief.
On Friday, the first week, I went to the big sleep over at my aunty and uncle’s house. We actually went earlier at the day time. That means we get to play on the trampoline and play on the big car park next to my aunt and uncle’s enormous house. They live right next to our church because my uncle is the pastor. After that, it was getting dark so we went to inside and got ready to go to sleep. We were talking to each other while we were setting up our bed.
That night passed, and on Saturday, we all went to Mc Donald for breakfast. “MMMmmmm.” I said as soon as I got my Pancakes. I put the syrup and butter on my pancake. After breakfast, we went to bowling. My cousins and I were having a great time. I came third in our pool with 92 point. When our game was finished, we went to the Time Out to play some games and win some for a prize. I won 109 tickets and got me some cool prizes. My prize was a yo-yo and and a really cool rist band.
Next, we went to watch“Real Steel” at the cinemas. It is a REALLY cool movie about robot having a boxing match. My favourite robot witch is Adam was the best robot out of all of them because he won all of his boxing matches. After the great movie, we all went to my cousin Xavier and Caanan’s house. We played kinect and had a lot of fun because we got to sleep there.
We went to Carls Jr on Sunday for a treat. We all went there because we did really well in our Sunday School exams. Carls Jr was very yummy, delicous, crunchy, and tasty. My favourite food there was the onion ring and the happy meal burger which was really big.
For labour day, it was just a relaxing day for us. We were also getting ready for our family meeting at 12:00. The meeting was for our reunion in 2015. I just can’t wait because it is held in Samoa. I am also going to meet some of relatives that I have never met before.
My enjoyable holiday was over and it was a fun holiday for me. I was also glad to come back to school.

The All Blacks Game
Not long ago and in the recent past, the All Blacks played against CANADA! “I know the All Blacks are going win.” I said to my cousin. I was just too excited.
If the Canadian rugby team lost, I bet you that Mr and Mrs Barks will get very ANGRY! I was just trying to be funny. I also said it to my cousin so they can laugh with me.
For the first half, the All Blacks were playing really hard. My favourite player is Piri Weepu. The game was a really hard game for both teams. I never excited the Canadian team to be so good.
Finally, the game was over and that was the All Blacks special day. They made it to the to in the quater finals. I am proud of them because they haven’t lost any games yet.

My Personal Project Piece On Samoa
Samoa
What I learnt about my own ethnic is that that there are 4 islands that make up Samoa. My mum told me that the 4 islands are Savai’i, Upolu, Manono, and Apolima. I learnt that the 2 main islands are Savai’i and Upolu. Samoa’s actual motto is “Fa’avae i Le Atua Samoa” and that means “God Be the Foundation Of Samoa.” The main export in Samoa is “The Vailima Beer” The Capital of Samoa is “Apia.”

The Story Behind The Samoan Flag!
On the Samoan flag, the 5 white stars represent the moonlight and the colours back in the past century’s. It also stand for the southern stars. The blue colour means Water and Hope. Also, the red colour stands for the land, and also son and blood.
Having FUN at Rainbow's End!!!
On a hot sunny day, my aunty, cousin, and Jordenne went to Rainbow’s End for Jordene’s 9th birthday. I felt really excited as soon as we got there. I was also afraid to go on the Fear Fall.
Our first ride to go on was the Power Surge. As soon as we all buckled up and started, we first went up and then we started spinning around and upside down. I felt really scared that I can feel myself starting to fall off a little. Jordenne and I were wanting to get off already because it was too scary.
Next, we went to the Gold Rush. It looked really cool to go on. We all started screaming when we were in the dark. We were shouting and screaming because there were a lot ghosts and horrible things popping out and the scariest part is when it looked like we were going to crash into another ghost's car.
After that, we went on the Log Flume and I was amazed when I heard that we were going to ride on water. When we were in the dark, we could see little, small, big and strong looking toys. The toys made the ride better. We went down the big slide and we had to look at the big white camera. We had to do any pose. I poke the tongue. Silly me.
Rollercoaster time! I was really excited to go on the Rollercoaster. Up, down, and upside down we went. That was FUN!!
After that, Jordenne and I went on the new ride, THE INVADER!! When it started, it wasn’t scary but it felt LIKE A LOT OF FREEDOM! It was COOL!!
Next, we went into the motion master. ( If you are wondering what we do in the Motion Master , it is like a movie theatre that you go into and you wear 3D glasses. Also, the chair you sit on moves around really crazy because we watch a movie that has really scary rides.) In the movie, it felt like I was really in it.
For the last ride, we went on the FEAR FALL!! As soon as we went up, I felt scared because I knew that it is just going to COLLAPSE!!! When the Fear Fall just deadly collapse, I got a really big butterfly in my stomach. “THAT WAS FUN!!” I said.
At the end, we went back home. As we got home, we all felt Happy. We were happy because we had a happy and Fun day.

Manu Samoa Losing Their Match against Wales
Getting really excited about the game, I bet my cousin (Esrah) that the Manu Samoa are going to win against the Wales. My cousin and I were having a friendly argument about who is going to win. I was teasing my cousin as he was also teasing me.
Few minutes later, at 3:30, the game started as I sat down with confidence. I started feeling nervous after the kick-off because it looked like the Wales were going to waste them and they were trying their very best. At that time, my cousin started to say, “ I told you they were going to win.”
During the game, “WOO-HOO” everyone in our house started shouting right after we got a try. Again, “HOORAY” my family shouted after William’s kicked the ball over the goal post. We were winning just before it was half-time.
Right after half-time was finished, both teams were playing hard. I was just saying, “ I can’t believe that Wales are really hard to play against today.” 40 minutes later, it was full-time and I felt sad because Samoa lost against the Wales. The Manu Samoa were still happy after all.

My Personal Project Piece On USA
In class, I am studying USA. I am learning and searching on google what the native things in USA are. Did you know that the national/native bird of America is a Bald Eagle? That is what I found out. Also, the national/native “flower” is a rose. You all should know who the current president of USA is, right? It is Barrack Obama. Another thing I am working on is the story behind the American Flag. My class and I are having proud moments of learning about USA.

Our Long Run!!
In the recent past, years 1 to 6 had the opportunity of running 2 KILOMETRES! For cross country. How long and tiring would that be. I will never forget the longest run of my life.
Sitting nervously on the grass at the reserve, it was time for us to stand and walk to the line. As soon as Mr Burt shouted “GO!” I tried to pace myself and it was working out really well. A few minutes later, I was really tired and I thought to myself, “WHEN IS THIS IS GOING TO BE FINISHED.” I was running and puffing out. While I was running, my legs were starting to get a little bit sore, and I felt dead with the big stitch I had. “KEEP GOING HOSANNAH!” My friends, (Cecilia and Hainite) shouted. So I ran hard and I was happy because my friends were there to cheer me on. ( Champions never give up.)
As soon as I was right near the school getting to the finishing line, Mr Barks cheered me on and he was funny. I finally finished and I was happy of giving it a try while I was tired and exhausted on the ground.
The running day was over and my class and I went back to class. I was proud of myself. "I bet you my mum will be happy with me for giving it a try.
I said to myself with a smile in class.

The Story Behind The American Flag!
Guess what I learned from a google search? I learned that the red, white, and blue color on the USA flag includes the great seal of the United States, which first appeared in 1782. Also, something I never knew before that some states in America wanted to connect with the British Flag! There are 13 red and white stripes on the USA flag which mean thirteen colonies rebelled against the British crown and became the first states in the union. The red stripes itself means the hardiness and valor, the the blood spilled protecting our home. There are also 50 small, pointy stars in the box in the corner, that are white and represents the United States. It also is a symbol of the heavens.

LESSON 7 COMPLETED!!
Personal Project
What am I learning now? What I am learning at this moment is the story behind the Argentine flag. Did you know that the sun on the Argentina Flag is called "The Of May?" It is because the bright sun shines in May only. Another thing that I am learning is how to count up to 10 in Spanish because the people in Argentina speak Spanish. I am looking forward to learning new and interesting things about Argentina. Also, I am excited to study Argentina. Argentina is a good and an easy looking country to study. Did you know that Miss King is an (Argentine?) She told us that she knows lots about Argentina.
Everyone that has finished all their assignments gets to cook food from Argentina if they want to. I have completed them and I am so EXCITED!!!! That is why Argentina is a good country to study.

Having Fun Playing Badminton with Laurien
After hearing that my class and I were going to practise and learn how to play the sport “Badminton” with a professional, I felt really EXCITED!!!! Did you know that I have been wanting to playing Badminton since a very long time? I was very pleased to hear great news that day. Nearly everyone in my class felt really HAPPY! Few minutes later, “Ring ring ring!!!” The loud ringing bell finally rang after morning tea. It was time for us to go to Badminton in the hall.
As we got to the hall, we saw an expert waiting there for us. Her name was Laurien and she was ready to start off our sports day. First, we had to get ourselves a racket and a shuttle each and form a big circle.( If you are wondering what a shuttle is, it is what you hit the racket with when you are playing Badminton) Do you know how to hold a “Racket?” This amazing female told us that we had to stick out our thumb like we are showing a good sign to another, then we have to turn it upside down and hold it behind the racket.
Next, we had to find our own partner and we have to challenge them with our own moves. So I went and got my best friend, Tui and we had a very tough challenge. We were both laughing at each other when we didn’t hit the shuttle. My friend and I were having a great time of laughter.
While our class were having our fun challenge, “SHUTTLE!” The amazing expert Laurien shouted loudly. That was for us to stop. Our amazing experienced expert taught us some really interesting moves and those moves were the real moves. My class and I felt amazed. She also hit the shuttle with her racket “UNDER HER LEGS!!!” How cool is that?
About 5 minutes later, Badminton was finished and I heard that we are going to have another Badminton teacher for the next week. I heard that her name was Donna. I could not wait to meet her. Also, I bet you that we are going to have a lot of fun with her.

What is the Story Behind Argentina's flag
What is the story behind the Argentina flag? I learnt that the Sun is called the Sun Of May. Do you know why? It is because the bright sun shines in May only. The White colour on the Argentina mean “Peace and Honesty.” Also, the Blue colours represent many elements including Vigilance, truth and loyalty, perseverance and Justice.

COMPLETING LESSON 4!!!
FAMILY BURNING ACCIDENT!!
As soon as I heard that a big family of 11 had a fire accident in Australia, I felt really sad and sorry for them. They lived in a two-story house. I cannot stop thinking about it because their whole was in the accident except for the father of the family and I think one other kid.
It started with the house burning in the kitchen from down-stairs, while the family were all up-stairs trying to escape. They had no where to go. But, the dad was thinking and had cracked a window, threw out a mattress, and leaded the way by jumping outside and landing on the mattress. Now I bet you that the family was so afraid of having to jump out, but that was the only way. None of the family wanted to jump out so they stayed inside and then, “BOOM!” They all had died by not jumping out.
Now the father of the family feels that he had been aggressive about his family when he tried to save their LIVES! The main thing about this story is that we have to think and to choose the right thing. DO IT!!!

Our Writing Test
It all started with my class and I doing our plan for our writing test. I felt nervous while doing it. Well I felt happy for my plan but, I was thinking that I will not know what to write about.
Few minutes later, our class started our writing test. Also, I was trying my best at having a good and outstanding story. The writing test was difficult and challenging.
For the last 2 minutes, I had to edit my writing because I had finally finished. I checked all my mistakes and fixed. I felt proud of myself.

Faith vs Flesh
Once upon a time, there was a little lady bird sitting on a leaf. Her name was Faith. Although Faith is now 16 years old, she was only 4 years old when she lost her parents. Sadly, Faith grew up with out friends.
Tired of being lonely, she crawled up a grape tree. There was a grape hanging on a little branch, and oddly enough, he had a name- Aaron. He had 70 brothers and sisters. "WOW!!" Like Faith, he also didn't have parents.
After greeting each other with a surprising"HELLO," they turned out to be best friends. While they were playing together, Aaron decided to not share his toys with Faith. He made a BIG lie. Aaron promised Faith that he will always share his toys with her. Aaron the Grape was being foolish. So they argued, and argued.
After that, the Vine Dresser came out to get some riped grapes for he and his family. He shook the tree so some big grapes can fall down. While he shook the tree, Aaron, the grape fell down. Aaron was so happy that he did not get squashed. A few minutes later “SQUASH!” The man accidentally stood on Aaron and squeezed his soft body. That can happen when ever you're being foolish.

What Are We Learning?
For this term, we are learning about the “Rugby World Cup.” I am so proud of myself because I have learned loads about it. This year, there are going to be 20 teams playing in the Rugby World Cup. Also the Samoan Rugby team is entering it. But then the Kiwi Rugby team is playing too and am also a Kiwi!! In our class, we are studying and learning about four different flags. They are Argentina, Australia, USA, and SAMOA!!! My favourite class option is making a button that will go onto another card. I am proud of “myself” because I am getting more Assignments finished.
What I am going to try and improve is my writing and especially math!! I am also going to try to finish most of my assignments. Last of all, my “Our Team” stack.

Looking Forward to the New Term
After the holidays, it was really good to come back to school. What are my goals? Well, my goal is to finish all assignments instead of talking. My other goal is to listen to my teacher so that will know what to do. Do you know what my last goal is? It is to increase lots and to improve in my learning.
This term, I am looking forward to learning lots about the Rugby World Cup and especially learning about SAMOA because it is my own culture. Did you know that I don’t really know that much about rugby? But I am hoping I will learn lots about it. This term I am looking forward to memorising all of the 20 team that are going to the CUP!!!
Did you know that I always wanted to do good things in school to make people and especially parents proud of me. If I want that to happen, then I should think about it all the time. This term I am going to try and improve in everything.

Beautiful,BIG, BOOKS,I LOVE BOOKS
Reading books is like a touch of greatness. They make me laugh, they make me cry, reading books is a good time to sit back and relax in your own time. I love reading everything. Books that can make you happy, frightened, and SCARED!! When you read books all the time, you are growing to be a BIGGER, BETTER, faster, and STRONGER learner. I loooooooove reading . It makes people happy, excited, and is a comprehension builder. Chapter books, novels, baby books, comics, every book makes me completely happy. People who don’t like reading will just struggle in everything they do. That is why, reading is a good thing to learn about.
Made up story: How I Became Famous
P1. Today in the morning, my mum and I woke up really early and got ready to take a walk up Mt.Wellington. Outside was that it felt like ice that can freeze you to death, well it wasn’t freezing like cold ice but it was so cold. My mother and I wore long pants, warm jumpers, and also some gloves. We felt so warm now that we were ready to take a walk up the rocky mountain. I was hoping that it is going to be a lot of fun.
P2. I thought we were going to have a lot of fun but the big and high mountain was rrreeeaaalllyyy TIRING!!! As we were walking back down the steeply mountain, guess who we saw? Its John Key the Prime Minister!! I said to my mother, “ look mum, the Prime Minister.” My mum and I were really pleased to see the awsome John Key. He spoke to us in a very clear voice and asked us a question that made me really excited that I wanted to faint.
P3. Our New Zealand Prime Minister asked us if we wanted to go over to his really huge and massive house and have dinner with him, his family, and Richie Mcaw!!! Wouldn’t it be cool if the Prime Minister asked you? Well I was really excited. “ Yes, Yes !! I would like to to come.” I said. I asked my mum if we were allowed to go and she said, “ Of course.” And she have a rest at home. “ Who is going to pick me up?” I said in a Panicking way. John Key said, “ Never mind, you can sleep over at my my place for the night.”
P4. So the JK man and I went to his house. As we got there, “ Wow!” Mr Key’s house is reeaallllyyyy HUGE!!! Everything looked perfect inside John Key’s house like the kitchen, bathrooms, and especially the sitting room. We waited until John Key’s family arrived. In a few more minutes, “ Beep beep!” Their here. I met John Key’s family and they were really kind and polite. Richie Mcaw was hiding in the kitchen when I didn’t even know.
P5. After that, it was dinner time and we all did our prayer began to eat yummy food on the table. I cannot believe that I was eating with some famous people. I felt famous too. Next, Richie Mcaw asked me if I wanted to be on TV with John Key and himself. Of course I did and I was excited. On the next day, I was on TV!! I got to do a speech for John Key and I did very well because I had the confidence to speak in front of a lot of people, and famous people!! Lots of audience were very proud of me and even Richie Mcaw and Especially John Key. That is how I became famous.

Juice Fruity Juice
In the recent past, not long ago, room 18 were learning how to make juice out of a Canadian juicer. We learnt lots about the juice machine. What we did was like a triathalon because we cut it with the knife, put it in the juicer and then we had a nice time drinking the fresh fruit drink.

O Canada! Our home and native land!
True patriot love in all thy sons command.
With glowing hearts we see thee rise,
The true north strong and free,

We stand on guard for thee.
Et ta valeur, de foi trompee,
Protegera nos foyers et nos

My Humurous Time at Our Rugby Game
This week, on Monday, we had a good exercise walk down to Dunkirk in the morning for our Rugby game. I felt really excited and fresh because I will be having my first game since this whole term, I also knew that our Rugby game was not going to canceled because it was a beautiful day. When we get there, I know I am going to see my old friends from my old school Ruapotaka. Our walk made some people tired and exhausted from them having to catch up with their team, but I was lucky because I was walking with coach Mr Somerville.
When we got there, t I saw my old friends from Ruapotaka, they made me want to go back to Ruapotaka. As soon as we sat down, miss Va’afusuaga told us that we can have our snack and rest before our game starts. So I got my pear out of my school bag and started eating my fruit. Sitting down, eating my delicious pear, I was thinking about my tackling and passing, I knew I was going to try my very best.
Next, Mr Somerville called the over 50 team to go and play a passing game before our real game starts. We played the game of Zig Zag. We another played a game of passing, but we have to form a circle and the rules are, if it is a bad pass, you have to do five push ups and if you drop the ball, you have to do ten push ups.We did not just our passing, we practised our tackling too.The over 50 team were practising how to tackle the left and right side.We had lots of laughter and fun and I did not
After our practising game, it was time for our real game against Panmure Bridge Primary School. I was one of the reserves for Richard, that means I am playing as a prop. When I went on for him, I tried my best tackling my marker and I ran as fast as I can to knock them out. Next, Richard scored our first try, “beep!” the whistle went, and there was a try from one of our best players. After that, our team won against Panmure Bridge by miles, they had absolutely no scores at all.We had to play for 20 minutes in all our games. We played against St Pius in our second game. Mr Somerville told us that we are not just playing because its fun, but to play and run with our hearts and strength. So I played with strength and I also ran with my heart, that made me get the confidence. Our team had excellent sport men ship and we won for playing as hard as we can. There goes the beeping sound, we won our game and we were really proud of ourselves. We had 2 more games to go and I was hoping for our team to win the tournament. Tamaki Primary was our next game, if we win against Tamaki Primary, we will be in the final so I did a prayer before our game. Our team got some tries and the other team got some tries. We had the most tries and that means we made it to the finals, that day was one of the best days I have ever had.Our final game was against Bailey Road school, their school had some big guys in their team, but I had the faith to play against them. As the game started, I did some pretty good tackles. Bailey Road Primary school got the first try, I knew they were going to be hard to play against but I still was not afraid. When we did our kick off, the game went on, someone from our team got the ball and scored a try for our team.It was one all, then we started playing seriously and Alex scored the second try. Next, time was up, and it was like the crowd going wild for the winning team.I was really happy with myself and the coach was proud of me.
After that my dad was coming to watch us but I told him that our game was finished.I also told him we won all our games, he said even though he wasn’t their, he was still proud of me. When it time for me to go home with my father, I was too happy that I wanted to play again.I had a humorous time at our Rugby game.

Good News Bible Reading
Memory Verses Deutoronomy chapter 32: verses 1 to 4
1.” Earth and sky, hear my words, listen closely to what I say.
2.My teaching will fall like drops of rain and form on the earth like dew. My words will fall like shower on young plants, like gentle rain in tender grass.
3. I will praise the name of the Lord, and his people will tell of his greatness.
4. “ The Lord is your mighty defender, perfect and just in all his ways; Your God is faithful and true; he does what is right and fear.

Loving Mother
My mum is loving and caring to me.When ever I am sad, she cheers me up. I love her because she loves me so much and she also raised me up with a discipline. She teaches me new things and good things. Everyday when my mother gets home from home, she gets really tired from all her hard time at work. On every mothers day, the gift I give for my mother is a letter. My letter for her are mostly about how she raised me and loved me, I also know that she will always accept me in everything I do wrong and she will also will accept my letter. That is how she is a good mother to me.
My Camp Thought
I feel really excited for camp because we get to do fun things together like kayaking, orienteering, and expecially swimming and skate-land.I feel scared because at night time there can be some bad people that steal our things and if I get something lost, I know that my parents can be really worried.I also feel very nervous about the concert that is going to happen at night because I have a feeling that I would not know any moves for dancing.I feel very very happy that camp is tomorrow and I can not wait for it to begin. I also can’t wait to go for a swim at swimarama too. Camp is tomorrow.

T2W5 Going to Play Netball with Emma
When I heard that we were going to play netball with a very good netball expert, I was really excited and impressed. After the bell rang, I ran as fast as I can so I can be the first person in the line, well I was not the first person in the line, but I was still excited to play a game of netball. As we got there, the netball player greeted us with a “hello” and she told us her name. Her name was “Emma,” she told us she played for a team over here in Auckland.
Next, Emma taught us some of the dynamics that some people do in their Netball training. The fantastic Emma was teaching us all of the dynamics and now I can only remember one of them but I forgot the rest. One of the dynamic exercises is the criss cross, well that is the name that I think it is and I am sure it is not exact name.
After that, Emma taught us how pass the ball in Netball. My favourite pass I learnt with Emma was the chest pass.I learnt that in the chest pass you have to pass in your hands shaped in a "W" and that you have to aim for the persons chest and thats why it is called the "chest passed."
On our last day, we had the best day with Emma. We had a longer game then we usually do, I was the wing defend. When it was our team's turn, I tried my best using all the dynamics while we were playing.Next, it was time to say goodbye to the intallergent Emma.We had so much fun with coach Emma.

Term 2 Week 1 My Beautiful Holiday
In the 2 weeks holiday, I enjoyed doing the choirs for our church minister. The church minster is my papa’s brother. He and his family lives in a very massive house, every Friday after school, I usually pack my bag and get ready to go over. Rev Le’i’ite Setefano and his wife Lealofisa Setefano treats me as their son because I do most of their choirs. When ever I get a growling from any of them, I do not get angry at all because I know they are teaching me a lesson. My uncle’s daughters and sons sometimes come over for a visit with their kids, one of his daughter is a teacher over here at Pt England school, do you know who it is? Well it is Mrs Tuala my aunty. Every time my cousins and I finish doing the dishes in the morning, we walk down to Tamaki College for a holiday programme. My cousin Rivalana Setefano is one of the leaders, she is the youngest one out of the minister’s daughters. When we get there, we get to have free time playing basket ball and volley ball. The main name for the holiday programme is called Youth Pride, lots of people from our school pops down to have fun. All of the leaders for Youth Pride belongs to the Tamaki P.I.P.C church, and that is the church I also go to, my sister is one of the leaders too.It is the same thing everyday at the holiday programme, our Youth Pride manager is Mike. He is really funny with his jokes, and he teaches us new and fun games like drop sprint and stop, letters, and basket ball and volley ball challenges. We have sausages or fish on bread for lunch, sometime we take our own lunch if we want to. After the holiday programme finished at 2 o’clock, we went home, had a shower and got ready to go to the movies with mrs Tuala, her husband and kids, and also with my uncle Steve and his wife and kids. When we were all ready to go, my dropped us off and we all went to watch the amazing HOP!!! it was very funny and great, it had some sad times too but we still enjoyed. On the next day, my uncle Mene asked Jordenne and I if we wanted to go for a sleep over at his house with his kids, we said yes and we were really excited to go. At my uncle’s house, we played connect. My favourite sport was the athletes, if we want to dance, it show on the television. My cousin and I were against each other and we played, discus, the javalin, athletics and also long jump. When I run on the spot, on the TV it show my character running and jumping because that is long jump. What we do shows on the TV, that is why it’s called connect. Next, we had pizza for dinner. After that we all watch a movie, we watch the documentury Justin Bieber and fell asleep. That day passed, and on the next day we had breakfast, played some play station and went to the library to get some books for the kids, we also had delicous pork buns and drinks for lunch. Next, we got ready to go home and as we got home we said thank you for that fun time we had with them and that is how I had a beautiful holiday.

What "caring" Looks like, Feels like
My value is caring, do you know what it is? I think it looks like someone caring for another member of theirs who is getting really sick and old. Do you guys know what it feels like? I also think it feels like people holding hands for love, what is does it feel like to you? SSssshhhhh, can you hear that? It sounds like one person saying to another to have a caring life, to be responsible and to be good people.
